Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GrowLift's learning app development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

GrowLift provides custom learning app development services, including but not limited to:

  • Full-stack learning application development
  • Custom feature implementation
  • UI/UX design and development
  • Backend infrastructure setup
  • Post-launch support and maintenance
  • Learning material design and integration

3. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering your learning app within 21 days from the project start date, subject to:

  • Timely receipt of all required materials and information from the client
  • Client approval at designated milestones
  • No significant changes to the original project scope
  • Payment terms as specified in the service agreement

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for project development
  • Respond to queries and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Use the delivered application in accordance with applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the custom learning application developed for you. However:

  • GrowLift retains the right to use the project for portfolio and marketing purposes
  • Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses
  • GrowLift's proprietary code and methodologies remain our intellectual property
  • You may not resell or redistribute our development services or code structure

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are subject to our Payment & Refund Policy. Key points:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
  • No refunds will be provided once payment has been made
  • Project delays due to non-payment may result in additional charges
  • Subscription plans are non-refundable and auto-renew unless cancelled

7. Warranty and Support

We provide the following warranty and support:

  • 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues
  • Post-launch support as specified in your service package
  • Technical support during business hours
  • Maintenance and updates according to your subscription plan

8. Limitation of Liability

GrowLift shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Issues arising from third-party services or integrations
  • Client's misuse of the delivered application
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the service

9. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality:

  • All client information and project details are kept confidential
  • We do not share client data with third parties without consent
  • Security measures are in place to protect sensitive information
  • Client data is used solely for project development purposes

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

  • Breach of terms by either party
  • Non-payment of fees as specified
  • Mutual agreement to terminate
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery

Note: Termination does not entitle either party to a refund of payments already made.

11. Modifications to Terms

GrowLift reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
