Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment Terms

All payments for GrowLift learning app development services must be made in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. We accept payments through bank transfers, online payment gateways, and other methods as specified in your service agreement.

  • Payment schedules are outlined in your service agreement
  • All prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladesh Taka) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment must be made within the timeframe specified in your agreement
  • Late payments may result in project delays

2. No Refund Policy

Important: No Refund Policy

GrowLift operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once payment has been made for our learning app development services, refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or decision to discontinue the project
  • Dissatisfaction with the service (subject to our quality assurance process)
  • Project cancellation by the client after payment has been made
  • Delays in project delivery (we commit to our 21-day delivery timeline)
  • Technical issues that are resolved through our support process
  • Any other circumstances not covered by our service guarantee

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We recommend reviewing all project details and requirements before making any payment.

3. Service Guarantee

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning app solutions. Our service guarantee includes:

  • 21-day delivery timeline as specified in your agreement
  • Post-launch support as outlined in your service package
  • Quality assurance and bug fixes during the warranty period
  • Technical support and maintenance as per your subscription plan

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (BDT)
  • Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
  • Online payment gateways
  • Other methods as agreed upon in your service contract

5. Subscription Plans

For subscription-based plans (Basic, Plus, Pro, Pro Advance), the following applies:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Monthly/annual subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled
  • Cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the renewal date
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
